Do you offer free samples?
Yes — we send free A4 sample sheets for every product line. Buyers cover shipping for the first sample order; we waive it on confirmed bulk orders.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard SKUs start at 1 roll for trial orders. OEM and custom-width programs typically start at 100 rolls per spec.
Which payment terms do you accept?
T/T 30% deposit + 70% before shipment is standard. L/C and PayPal are available case-by-case for established buyers.
How long does shipping take?
Express courier 5–8 days, air freight 7–10 days, sea freight 25–40 days depending on destination. We can quote door-to-door.
